How long does it take to receive a letter (decision) after e-client says ´decision made´?

Steve, I think it is dangerous to guarantee CIC behaviour. CIC does not even do that. 2-3 weeks would be more than appropriate and hopefully stop and anguish on day 16.

are we all sure that we can make a 2-3 week promise to this poster based on e-client?

You are right sharon but i suggested the time line based on the experiences i learned from my friends and relatives. You know even in my case my e-client status always changed before i received a written notification. Like i received my interview letter after 8 days of change in my e-client status. Interview dated was already posted on my e-client status and i received the letter after 8 days. There is no hard and fast rule for any thing in CIC, i have no idea how they function. WHO KNOWS THE INSIDE STORY?

Does it matter how long it takes...you will get a letter.
Just be patient and relax and all will be OK.

Congrats on the decision made
