Subject: How to update application from commonlaw to maried

Hi,
We already have a file number(skilled worker application with commonlaw status), after 1 year of waiting, we got married. Now we want to change the status from common law to married. PLEASE HELP :)

easy :) send them teh marriage certificate and some pictures and a request to change status .plus complete the additional family information form ..
and congratulation for the marriage

thanks a lot for your help. Just want to clarify something about "request to change status ", this must be a formal letter? Need to be signed by an attorney, will status update prolong our application?
