From the CAPIS notes it cleared the reason of Interview. But there is On line
Papaer file sent to : PA file Bfl to : DEt on 2-06-2005 I am not sure if it mean that file transfer to Detroiet allredy.
I only recive notice in DEC. 2004 that it will be transfer to Detroite but nver recived any notice in which bufflo conirm the transfer.
Anyone have IDEa. Should i contact DET. for file .

well, my friend had a similiar one too in his report....in his case it meant,
infact they did open the file on mentioned date and decided interview date for him...

once your file is transferred to detroit they would let you know through mail that you file had been transferred to detroit, it usually takes 2- 3 months for you to get this letter, you need not contact detroit office.....just b patient...

to see if you file recieved in Detroit.Keep you eye on this and you will see when is your interview schedule or is your file is still waiting for interview scheduling

So they send letter after sending it to Det. So what this date means to me.

that day, they are goona open your file again for scheduling Interview
