| Subject: CHC london passport returning deadline |

Hi everybody,
i sent my passport to CHC london on Aug 18th and the online status has changed from in process to decision made yesterday. How soon should i expect my passport?
I live in Oman( near UAE) and the DHL and Fedex people refused to accept a pre paid service for passports to be returned from London. They said that even if we pay for the return, CHC london does not use the service. they have their own system.
How does CHC london send the passports? do they use the royal mail/corrier service.
I would greatly appreciate feedback from people who have been thro a similar situation.

Hi Vinny,
I have also applied from Oman and am still waiting on my medicals.....could you pls share ur timeline....looking forward to hear from u.....
Applied: Dec 2003
AOR: Feb 2004
IA: Requesting IELTS May 2005
Send the above in July....
Now waiting for medicals

Dear Bino,
My timeline is
Applied: Nov 2003
AOR: Jan 28th 2004
March 2005: Request for experience certificate( same was not submitted at the time of filing)
April 2005: sent the same.
May 2005: Request for medicals and ROLF payment
June 2005: We sent the medicals and ROLF
July 2005: PPR request
August 2005: sent passports for stamping.

Dear vinny,
where did u actually sent ur passport to london and did u get back. i did sent my passport to canadian high commission london on 6th september 2005 nd its almost going to be one month i dint get my passport back.
i used dhl courier to sent my passport
u have any idea how will i get my passport back?
