my husband did not pass the ielts test so our papers will be rejected now....can i (his wife) do the eilet test and resend our papers? is there any other chance???? kindly answer us?

there is no pass or fail... just a require point score depending on what you require to reach 67 points.
the principle applicant must accumulate all of the required points. if you qualify as a skilled worker, you can reapply as the principle with your husband as the dependant assuming you have the appropriate NOC code and can obtain 67 point on your own merits.
