(in reply to: Candice!) Hey DB:
I am really hoping for IA soon. I am just doing some silly courses at uni so that I dont lose my status in Canada. Im wasting time and money. Cant wait for this to be over. Hopefully we´ll receive IA soon. I didn´t get the IELTS letter. My application was hopefully complete. Sent them everything. All the money and all the bloody documents that they required so let´s see how it goes. I even have Arranged employment but that doesn´t seem to move it along faster. What an ordeal! Keep in touch DB.

(in reply to: Candice!) if you have arranged employment, why don´t you just go to work. it´s wasting time to take stupid classes, instead of making money

(in reply to: Candice!) I know but I dont have a work permit and it´s a hassle getting one..you know with proving that there is no other Canadian that is capable of doing my job. My job is working as an Account Co-ordinator for a Marketing firm. There are thousands of Canadians who could do it, so I have to take stupid classes and waste money. If you have any suggestions Id be happy to hear them.

(in reply to: Candice!) you don´t need HRDC confirmation to apply post-graduate work permit, at least I didn´t. As long as you have job offer, with your degree finished, done.
go for it Candice

(in reply to: Candice!) HI DB:
I already completed one year working for my cmpany under the post-grad work permit which in Toronto is valid for 1 yr. However after the 1 yr was up I had to go back to school while my PR was being processed. So here I am...waiting & waiting...
Got any other suggestions?
