I overstayed 40 days in Canada waiting for my Labour Market Opinion. I received it one hour ago and it was positive !
Can i apply now withing canada for work permit??

yes, but you will need to pay $200 (or $400, or something like that) in addition to the regular application fee.

So my next move shpuld be restoration of status. I came here as a visitor. I must restore my status as visitor or i can automaticaly restore/change it to worker ?

Sorry I meant...in the application form you´ll have to check off two things 1. Change my status in Canada (to worker) and 2. Restoration of status
