its been more then 120 days since i have submitted my appeal to the IAD office in toronto. i have only received the letter they sent me with a file number, but its been more then 120 days and they havent send me the transcript yet and to tell me the date of my ADR. is this normal? i contacted the embassy in beijing and they said that the have mailed it out to the IAD office long time ago. i called my IAD officer and she said its up to the cic officer to get send out the transcripts.. how long should i expect to wait now? and is this normal beyong the 120 days? any help would be appreciated.
