If my sister applies for independent immigrant does she have to apply her family members (husband and two kids) the same time as her application? Or can she wait until she is stable enough to sponsor them under family member probably after two years?

Hi,
Well that´ll be depends on your sister´s decision. If she thinks that she has all the qualifications, funds and meet the required points then perhaps she can include her family as her dependents once she apply. But in case she doesnt have enough funds yet to suppport her dependents, once approved and stabled in canada, thats the only time she can apply to sponsor her family then.

Good day. I am presently working in Saudi Arabia and wish to immigrate to Canada, I just want to know, If I apply alone as independent immigrant without any of my dependents in my application, Can I still apply for them later when I am already financialy stable? What are the present requirements to proceed further with my application as an independent immigrant to Canada? Please advice.

Hi, I want to apply in canada as independent immigrant but I cannot understand the requirements.My parents are both citizen in Canada. I have also 3 sisters there who are also citizens. But iwant to apply as independent do i have to mention on my application thatI have my relatives in cancada?
Or I want to apply with my husband and one daughter what application this may fall? Is it a family class or independent? If family class what are the requirements? please help I am interested togo there because I want to see myparents. I didn´t see them for more that8 years.

Hi,
I want to apply for an independent immigrant in canada. I have 1 sister who migrated there since 2000 and has her own family now, she works as a nurse and a month ago mom went there to visit her ... My younger sister also went there to work as a caregiver and also plans to live there and as soon as her contract expires she will apply for an immigrant status. I have my own family and they (my sisters) wanted me to apply for an independent immigrant so i can be with them and also, i can bring my family with me. I´m a computer science graduate and i´m working here in one (1) of the government offices in the philippines for more than 10 years now and i´m planning to take a caregiver course. What application this may fall? Please help me. Thank you very much.
