| Subject: Question on Additional family Information |

Hi Guys,
One quick question.
I understand that the form for Additional Family Information has to be filled by both - The principal applicant and spouse.
In case of spouse, what should she/he fill in the place for "Applicant" and for "Spouse"..
Looks like Section A of the form will be same for both of us..
any suggestions?
