did anybody hear there is one person in U.S said " I hold responsiblity for delaying resuce after Katrina"
How about George Bush? Mike Brown?
nobody even said" we are not intention to delay, but we failed"
not even that.
I guess poor folks, that´s their own fault, right?

WHat is disturbing is that the US is hit by the most devastating Hurricanes in its history within the last 13 years..
shouldn´t someone there think about the Kyoto protocole ratification at the end?

It is hindsight - looking back everything looks easy. However planning for all possible eventualities is not as easy as one may think.
The govt. has come under a lot of critisicm. However, one must realize the action task-force for all possible alarm in size of a country like the US is not easy.
Yes, someone may be at fault and the govt. is going to open an enquiry into it.
However, right now our effort and thoughts should be to help the victims. There shall be a time to finger-point, however, that my friends is not right now. Let us all pray for the victims.

Hmm the problem is that everybody is always seeking a direct responsible for something and not the causes..
I see it like this:
-Intensified Hurricanes. cause: earth warming
-Terrorism. cause: Politics in the Middle east and keeping the nose in every aspect of political life of each country... we should think why heretics are unchaining their hate against the US and the allies (1 Ally?)? there should be a reason! no? why now they started to hate democracy? and not 10, 20 or 30 years ago?
All this intensified after the cold war was over.. not to mention that to keep an empire strong it should be busy always doing somethin (a war) , why the roman empire fell?
So the strongest country in the world should be always busy warring somewhere.. let´s look around and see how many wars the US fought in the past century? more than any other country in the world!
well that´s how I see things and I might be going off topic.. so excuse me for that..
What I like most in Canada is that the country is Neutral.. and will always be.. if there is no influence of course..
