hi i have paid ROLF fee on July 10, 2005. Does anyone know about PPR timeline in my case. Have somebody received it after paying ROLF fee in July 2005. thanks for your time.

Unfortunately there is a new step introduced. BG check. This may take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years (depends where you come from and have stayed).
I paid my ROLF in Jan 2005 and still waiting to hear anything from CIC.

Background check is not a new step....it has always been there. It is just the topic of discussion lately.
It can take some time so be patient.
