Her name is Derya Johnston. I would like to report her as being in your country illegally. She is working at Arizona Bar & Grill illegally. She is telling me that she quit, I don´t know for sure. She is living with her sister at 52 Esther Lorrie Dr, Etobicoke, in the apartment in the rear. Her sisters name is Nilgun Akin. The reason I´m doing this is because she has my car there and it has been over 6 months and I need to remove it before something happens and I am held responsible for customs due on the import of the car. My insurance company is telling me that if she wrecks it they will not pay because she should have transfered it to Canadian insurance about 4 months ago. So you see the need to get it back across the border. I´m stating all of this because we are divorcing and she won´t return the car. I´m coming up there on Monday the 22nd to re-posses the car. Her name is on the registration that she has but my bank removed her from the title and registration on the 17th of this month because she isn´t on the loan contract. She refused to sign it. Stupid me!! Anyway, I have reported to the local metro police there and have been in contact with an RCMP constable there at the airport.

How do you know this is an illegal entry? Because she told me that she didn´t get her visa and went across anyway. She was denied a temp vise and student visa because of shoplifting here in the US.
