| Subject: can I apply Onshore canadian immigration |

I am doctor and working in Pakistan for last 12 years as General Medical Practioner. Next month I m going to canada for attending a medical conference.
I want to apply for permanent residence in skilled worker category from with in canada. Can I apply canadian immigration from canada onshore basis whereas i am citizen of pakistan. If yes, wheather i have to stay in canada or I can leave canada after applying.

both options are considerable. However, if you apply within Canada it may take longer.
