  Hello friends,
Let me first thank all of you the support in understanding the Canadian immigration process/experiences.Your advice has helped tremendously.
I got my PPR y´day(sep 8)from NYC consulate. Can anyone tell if sending PP by post is better or going personally is advised. I live in NJ so going to NYC will not be an issue. Also, any particular thing I should be aware of at this stage? You advice would greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Congratulations!

You should definately go to the Canadian consulate in NYC. This way atleast you will get the visa on the same day. If you mail your passport you may have to wait for a couple of weeks.

So did you have an interview or was it waived by the immigration officer in NYC?
