Hi, I have PR and currently I´m in islamabad. I Want to sponcer my spouse Can I apply for my wife and kids in islamabad or I have to go back to canada for application????

u can aply from anywhere,only thing u have the required documents
but it may take bit more time from islamabad u check it with the chc islamabad
if u r here for longer time u can take chace in islamabad

NO,
You can not sponsor anyone while you are out of Canada. You are a PR and not a citizen, so you need to apply from within Canada.
