Dear Sir/Madem,
I am resident of India and had applied for PR in skilled worker class on 16.06.2005, but I have not yet received File number nor the application back.
I had send the documents by Registered AD so i didnot mention P.O. No. given on the CHC address and department of post has confirmed that parcel has been delivered to canadian high commission.
My Demand Drafts are also not cleared as on date by CHC.
I am worried whether my application has been misplaced somewhere.
Kindly let us know the applications send without P.O.Box No. written are received & processed or not.

The best way to track is the Draft getting cleared. It is not even 3 months. Give yourself at least 3 months before you contact CIC for an update on your application.
You may fax them regarding the same.

Yes just keep an eye on the draft. Thats the confirmation that yr application has landed in the CIC office. No use faxing in India b´cos they don´t respond.

Paresh, it takes 3-6 months to get file no. at CHC Delhi Realx-----
