| Subject: Mississauga processing time? |

Hi, I need some help finding out how long my file will be in Mississauga before my husband is granted both a work visa and p/r card. He arrived in Canada with a visitor visa in June of 2004, we married in July and the papers to sponsor him were submitted to Vegreville in September 2004. In March of 2005 our file was transferred to Mississauga. All the proper documents were submitted, medical, photos of our marriage, copies of phone call records, my visit so him over seas, photos of us here with friends etc. I have no idea why they are taking so long with our file. Does anyone know the standard processing time for spousal sponsorship when one is a Canadian citizen and the other is Indian?

my husband will submit the application of spouse visa to mississauga on august 11,2009 how long it will takes and how long again after forward in manila.
