Hello you Guys
I believe this quota thing is more than a rumour. I Know somebody a friend who applied in MAR 04 got, AOR MAY 04, Medicals JAN 05, he did not hear anything in 05 till now and guess what????
They said although everything was alright his case was closed and will be reviewed again in JAN 06, so I don´t know what is going on there perhaps is the quota????
Anyways be prepared and expect delays, just wanted to share this with you. Hope everybody gets their applications approved very soon

Well... If everything is ok, your friend´s case should not be closed. It should at least stays at "pending" staus wouldn´t it?

We have said in the past that there are QUOTAS for skilled workers but NOT for spousal applications.....
So if the quota is filled that just means more wait for those in the line. They say JAN 06, then it will be JAN 06...now you can stop thinking about it and start living. You know nothing will happen until JAN 06 so you can stop worrying.

The quota should not affect IAs so why are they taking so long. It´s ridiculous. It´s annoying that somebody that did his medicals in January 05 has to wait another year for PP request. Uhhghhhh !

it might not directly affect the IA´s but everything has a ripple down effect.
