hi ti every one
here r my querrie regarding medical problem i m the principal applicant we have done the medical;s but probem is my spouse is not medically fit so in this case can only i get immigration visa or not ?

No....if your wife is medically inadmisable then you wont get the visa as well thats why non-accompanying dependents are required undergo medical exam to see if these prospective immigrants are medically admisable or not. I m sorry but this is how it happens.

if you are applying as skilled workers, if the applicant or any one in his/her family fails the medical, then the application is denied (the whole thing)

No NA for family class .they can clear even if they are medically fit.thats what i read
