| Subject: Address at CIC website ?? - URGENT |

Hi,
I am a bit worried about the proceedings here:
I have applied for Work-permit extension through my company´s lawyer and also have applied for PR on my own
Now, when I log-in at www.cic.gc.ca using my client-id to check the status, it displays the mailing address as my lawyer´s address as that was mentioned in my Work-permit extension application.
So Can we check the Work-permit extension status as well at their website or it´s only for PR application ?
Now my urgent question is:
Would all my mails for PR as well will go to Company´s lawyer ?
Should I change that address to put my address so that all communication is addressed to me.I just called up CIC and they said that Work-permit extension has been approved and it´s already been sent to my lawyer´s address.
So that means if I change the address at CIC, that wouldn´t do any harm??
Please suggest?As I may be getting some post from Buffalo office related to my PR.
