Just a thought for new applicants which may cut their verification time.
I know that the Ministry of Education in India does verification of Education Certificates. They take your original certificate - make notations in their database and stamp after verification on back of the original for authenticity. I had my certificates done when I was offered a job in a foreign country and needed this as requirement for visa issuance from that country. It was a two step process. The Ministry verified the certificates and then the Embassy verified.
I was wondering if doing that will help speed up the BG Check part of the case. I hear CIC also take time to verify your certificates.
It never struck me to make back-side copies (of the verification) and submit these too. I mean there was no harm.
Aah well.. this is just a thought. I don´t know maybe someone who is an immigration consultant or a lawyer may give a better input on this. Will sending these copies now make any difference? I mean I have already done medicals, paid RPRF, submitted all additional docs i.e. FBI, Police Clearances etc.
Thank you,
