I HAD MY INTERVIEW ON 14 TH, INTERVIEW WENT WELL, VISA OFFICER WAS VERY CONVINCED AND STARTED TO FILL UP THE YELLOW CARD , ADVISING TO DO THE MEDICALS AND THE FORMS WILL BE SENT IN A WEEKS TIME AND ALSO TOLD TO PAY THE 975? IN CANDAIAN DOLLARS REMAINING AND REMINDED TO APY THE AMOUNT ASAP , AND ALSO ADVICED TO DO BE READY TO MOVE IN CANADA IN A YEARS TIME FROM THE ARRIVAL OF MEDICAL FORMS.
MY QUERYE TO U PEPOPLE IS THAT,
1. I READ THE APPLICATION FORMS WHERE THEY HAVE MENTIONED THAT WE HAVE TO PAY 975? ONCE WE LAND IN CANADA. SO I AM BIT CONFUSED. ABOUT THIS.
2.ACCORDING TO IMMI OFFICER, I HAVE TO LIVE TO CANADA IN A YEARS TIME ONCE I RECEIVE MY MEDICAL FORMS, THAT IS BIT PUZZULING.
SO ANY EXPERTS ANY CLUE

No , you must pay the Right of Landing fee ($975CAD)once the office asks you to do so , without paying the landing fee the visa CAN NOT be issued.
2.ACCORDING TO IMMI OFFICER, I HAVE TO LIVE TO CANADA IN A YEARS TIME ONCE I RECEIVE MY MEDICAL FORMS, THAT IS BIT PUZZULING.
Once your Immigrant?s visa is approved , the visa is valid for one year since the day you DID your medicals or the day you Passport expires , which ever comes first.
Not from the day you got the medicals forms.

Where did you have the interview?
1) You have to submit the RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE of 975 Canadian Dollars BEFORE the visa is issued to you.
2) The immigration official has advised you that it may take 1 year to issue the PR visa to you.
Generally after a successful interview the background and security checks are initiated. It can take a couple of months to well over a year to complete these checks.

MY INTERVIEW WAS STRAIGHT FORWARD, JUST ASKED TO SHOW THE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE .
APPLIED AS SOFTWARE ENGINEER, SO QUESTIONS WERE TO KNOW MY LANGAUGE PROFICIENCY AND KNOWLEDGE IN SOFTWARE
DIFF B.W SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE
