Subject: where can I get my FingerPrints in Kitchener ? |
|
|
|
I just visited the website that "One love" has given in another thread "http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/crimrec/finger2_e.htm#Obtain"
It says:
"If you are IN CANADA: you must have your fingerprints taken on form C-216C at your local police station or private accredited fingerprinting agency. Depending on the police jurisdiction, a fee may be required.
"
I am in Kitchener, can anybody please tell me where is my local police station or should I dial 911 to get that info ?
Or from where can I get fingerPrints on for C-216C so that I can send that to RCMP in order to send my "police clearance certificate" to CIC, Buffalo.
And How much time does it take to get fingerPrints and after that how many days it takes to get the "police clearance certificate" to CIC ??
Thanks,
Rahul

(in reply to: where can I get my FingerPrints in Kitchener ?) Do NOT call 911, that is the emergency service number.
Here´s the Waterloo Region Police website. On the left-hand menu you´ll see "Records and Police Checks" then a submenu "Criminal Records Check". It tells you how to apply to the RCMP.

And all contact information here: http://www.wrps.on.ca/Records/HQ_Reception.htm

Fingerprints (in reply to: where can I get my FingerPrints in Kitchener ?) Hi, I already got 3 sets of fingerprints done here in Winnipeg, Canada. I already know the address to the FBI in West virginia to send that one to. I have 2 other to send to the states. one is in Costa Mesa, California and the other one is Streator, Illinois. How would I know where to send them. I made a visit to The U.S. Embassy/Consulate here in Winnipeg, Canada and they were unable to provide me with the addresses. Would you know?
Thanks,
Mark
