| Subject: How long can I stay out of Canada? |
Hi
I have Candian PR. Do I have to visit Canada every 6 months to maintain the status like in US? Or I can stay out of Canada for longer period?
Any input will be appericiated.

u have to be presnt in canada for a 2 yr period in every 5 yrs to maintain ur PR

Hey ya´ll this is Jessi, Im gonna be 22 soon... Anyways my question is How long can I stay outside of Canada without a visa?
I´m in the U.S now and have been since Dec 16th, 2005 and Iam wondering what I should do and how long I am allowed to stay without it causing problems.

Thanks Naveed - I think so too, but one of my friend in Canada told me about this....I also checked web site but found nothing.......I guess its just a rumor

What are the conditions under which a person whos a canadian citizen can loose there citizenship status.
And how long can a canadian citizen stay outside of canada without affecting there citizenship status.
