| Subject: statutory declaration og common-law |

Hi,
I´ve downloaded an statutory declaration from this website, http://www100.hrdc.gc.ca/forms/isp3004e.pdf, I wonder if this would apply to our case, both of us (me and my partner) are non canadian citizen and we are planning to migrate to canada using the common-law status. I also got this form from cic http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5409E.PDF , My question is which of these two forms shall we fill up? http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5409E.PDF or http://www100.hrdc.gc.ca/forms/isp3004e.pdf to be included in our application.

Yah interesting but we dont know which of these two forms apply to us (both none canadian citizen)[url]http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5409E.PDF[/url] or [url]http://www100.hrdc.gc.ca/forms/isp3004e.pdf[/url]. Or maybe this is applicable for sponsorship:) need some help here:)
