Have you been trained to pass liar detector? Have you been specially trained for intelligence service? Are you a member of or associated with intelligence agency in your country?
I am really astonished to hear these Qs as they are totally out of my life. The officer introduce himself as neither an officer of CIC nor of Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo. But he did not tell me which department he is in. So I guess he is from Canadian Security and Intelligence Service. At the end, he told me that our application is ´closer to end than ever´.
Do I have a record? Absolutely not. I am even afraid of a rat. The problem is if they suspect you of a thief, you will looks anything like a thief.

Vansky - this must have something to do with the line of work you are in or the company that you work for. Otherwise, these questions make no sense. Did you ever work for any other Govt? if yes, then they might have a suspicion.

I would say, re-check your application that you filed and get it examined through another pair of eyes. There is something in it that caused the alarm.

Best wishes!

Oh I am sorry to hear this. Now I know why you have filed a complaint.

I agree with ME. Get your files checked by another pair of eyes. There is definately something that *triggered* CIC to suspect your previous experience. It could be a simple mistake.

Good luck!
