Re: Q1 - See Chapter 6 of CIC´s Overseas Processing Manual

Re: Q2 - See Chapter 6 of CIC´s Overseas Processing Manual

Re: Q3 - I´m not really sure what you are asking, as you should have only one passport per nation for which you hold citizenship. However, perhaps you are incorrectly assuming that you will be receiving a Canadian passport upon your application´s completion??? If so, please note that only Canadian citizens are eligible for a passport; consequently, your status as a Canadian permanent resident does not entitle you to citizenship (ergot, a Canadian passport will not be provided to you upon successfully completing an application for permanent residence).

Re: Q4 - Again, I think you are confused as to what documentation the Canadian officials will be providing you.

Re: Q5 - Under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, all Canadians are afforded the "right of mobility" - which means that, once landed, you can leave the country at anytime (typically). However, to maintain your status in Canada as a PR, you must reside here for 730 days out of every five years. So, don´t stay out of the country for more than 1095 days after landing, or you will risk losing your status in Canada.
