| Subject: Medical Report lost |

i have completed my medical examination within time but CHC has called me that CHC has not recived my medical report. If CHC will not recived my report within 2 days they will close my case.
When i confirmed from my Doctor and he told me that he has send my report to CHC. Now i m worried about my case status. Can guide me anyone in this context.

Ask your doctor to fax them something. They should consider this under such circumstance.
