Subject: Application finalization
I have a question about the application itself. Once everything is completed and all information gathered. How should it be organized and how shoudld it look. I am immigrating from the U.S. and currently live here with my husband who is a Canadian. He is sponsoring me for residency and we are needing some sites that can give examples on how the application should be organized. We have several extras attached and are being very thorough with this paperwork. Can we put a table of contents, add tabs etc? Please let me know if anyone knows or has ideas. Thanks.

Some have added a cover letter. I didn´t. I applied as a skilled worker. What I did was paperclip each section together (transcripts, birth certificates, etc.) and placed them in the order as they appear on the Checklist.

However, I don´t know if there is a correct way of organizing it. What is more important is that the application is filled out correctly and that all relevant materials are supplied.

Thanks,

I wasn´t sure if there was a correct specific way to do it. I was told to not staple things together and just to be as neat and organized as possible. Thanks again for the idea.

How to avoid frustration and delays. (in reply to: Application finalization)
Hey Supergirlie 1.

Would you be interested in having your application professionally audited by Crarer Law Office? All forms are reviewed, and all documents scrutinized. We can then instruct you in how to finalize, submit, and monitor your application. Our fees are very reasonable, and we can provide USA-based references.

Please visit www.e-ca.ca for more info, or contact me at caul@crarerlaw.com.
