Today is another tuesday. Another day to check the eclient and again get frustrated!!
No update - nil, nada... same old... we started processing your application on XX,2004.
It is going to be an exact 11 months from my medicals and absolutely no news at all..
Any other in my situation?? What are you doing to calm yourself!!

Hey starwars,
Just calm down. I understand your frustartion as I am very frustrated myself too. Another week and eclient doesn´t change. No letters, nothing! However, there is really nothing else you can do about it.
I started looking into something else rather than staying focus on the PR. When it´s time, it will come. Believe me! and you will be the happiest person on earth!

Same thing: waiting since Nov. 2003, meds expired 10 days ago- let´s celebrate it!!!!!! :(
I don´t really know how to help you, frustrated myself. nothing really works now. If there will be any possibility temporarily clean one´s mind from these thoughts- that will be a relieve. Unfortunalely, there is no recipe to do it.
May be try to concentrate at your work- convincing yourself that we sooner you´ll start to do something- the sooner you´ll finish. Try to make yourself very busy- it´s working for sometime, after that- period of enhanced depression and the new period of work (persuasion to work).
And the worst part of this waiting- exactly: "you can not do anything about it". That´s awful, because that´s not a situation in which most people from this forum got used to be.
Students, for example, myself- doing PhD in hope to get a better job and salary in the future (kind of planning my life). But it does not always work in the way one would expect or plan. One of my friends told me that this long waiting teaches us to be patient and accept life as it is, despite whow bad it is it always can be worse. Hope it´s comforting. :)
And what I like about this forum, besides the valuable suggestions one can get here, but many of us are in the same situation and from time to time everybody needs to complain or find some support. And this is a best place actually, because without being familiar with the situation it´s very difficult to really understand person or find the words of support.
We all will be OK (better sooner than later).

Thanks for your encouraging words Hell to all those who are waiting for long long time. True, the depression is very much cyclic. I feel much depressed during certain periods, and forget every thing when I become busy. Basically, it is testing of one´s patience.

starwars, i am in the same boat as you. i am also still waiting. though frustrated, we can´t do anything about it. so let us put our depression aside and do what we should do. hope god will bless us.
