Should anything else be included in my app. (in reply to: Should anything else be included in my app.)
I am immigrating from the U.S. livng with my husband who is a Canadian. He is sponsoring me for residency and we are very much in love. We want to make sure this process is done perfectly and I am wondering what other things could be included in our application that would help. We will be including phone bills from when I was in TX, emails (now and then), Our yahoo chats that we still have while he is at work, 6 wedding photos, 8 outing photos, boarding passes, e-tickets and all the required things as well. Does anyone have any more ideas of what we could send to help with our application to show them that we truly do love each other. Thanks-

Include as much joint financial stuff that you can, it will prove that your affairs are adequately combined. Things like joint bank accounts, mortgage/house title, credit cards, beneficiaries on life insurance policies, 401K´s/RRSP´s, if you have a will, better yet. It´s all good.

LOL, this application we just sent out (our 2nd go ´round) I included so much our file must weigh 20lbs. I have a stack of phone bills dating back to 2001, Air Canada receipts going back to 2002 (approx. 18 flights in 3 years), gift receipts, emails, etc. Photos, I sent about 20... 3 photos per page with a description of each, going back to our first date, trips in between, outtings with friends, family, our wedding, with my daughter, etc.

I don´t know if you can get in trouble for sending TOO much stuff, but I don´t think they´ll be requesting any additional info from us :D

Good luck!
