Subject: Can I use AP (Advance Porale) to enter US?
I am working in US and my working visa H1B will expire soon. If I land in Canada after H1B expires can I land in Canada and use AP to re-enter US? Thanks for advice.

If you already have an approved AP, then I do not see a problem re-entering US.
