| Subject: Can i come back to US with expired student visa |
.My student(f1) visa has expired couple of months ago and currently i am on a valid H1 status.but do not have a h1 stamp on my passport.I need to go to Canada for landing.Can i come back within 4-5 days without a visa.
PLease advise.

Don´t know if you can come back into the US but have you thought about getting the H1 visa stamped from Canada.

You can go and come back from Canada within 30 days with the same I-94. If you apply for a visa in Canada and get rejected then you cant use that I94 anymore so dont bother applying.
Just go and come back on the Same I94.
