Subject: Who is considered Dependent?
  Hello,
I am a Canadian citizen and sponsored my parents to immigrate to Canada in 2001. At the time, my sister was under 20 years old and was in the application as a dependent of my parents.

Since we did not hear anything about the immigration process, in May 2005 she applied to come to Canada as a live-in-caregiver, and did the medical test at the time. She is living with me right now in Vancouver as the Nanny of my baby.

My parents just received the medical test, and there is a form for her as well.
She is now over 22 years old, do you think she can still get immigration under my parents application?
If yes, should we tell them that she has done the medical test in May when she applied for her work visa. Does it raise a red flag as she is now working and they exclude her from the application?

I really appreciate any answer.
