Subject: checking receipt of documents
Can an applicant contact CIC to check upon receipt of documents requested by them? they state that they do not notify receipts but how can one know if they receive documents within deadlines. Caips may take longer to find out that.

you must be sending the documents by registered mail.
or DHL.
This the only way.
