Hi friends,
I got interview waiver and they asked for passport and it has five months gone. Some of my friends in this forum are saying it is now background check process and some are saying quota for visa for this year has finished and u will get visa in next year. I want to know from all of you is there any chances of interview if once they sent letter that u don´t require interview.
Waiting for a quick response from my friends.

quota? (in reply to: chances of interview) I have never heard anything about a quota for PT Canada. Never seen one in a official website and never heard this from any immigration lawyer. Does anyone have a link to an official website stating that there is a quota for Canadian PR.
Thanks

(in reply to: chances of interview) Singapore appears to be the only embassy issuing letters suggesting their quota is full for 2005

(in reply to: chances of interview) There are QUOTAS for Skilled Workers.....not SPOUSES.
ms00ms.....trust us....quotas exist for Skilled Workers.
Ramandeep...if they have sent you a letter saying the interview is waived, it is waived.
Good luck....be patient....all will be OK

(in reply to: chances of interview) Some people have actually received letters stating the quota is filled. That is pretty good proof to me.

(in reply to: chances of interview) at least they told you the reason of delay, better than put you wait several years without hearing, other wise you might ask the same question.
