I had applied for PR to independent skilled category PR application which was returned without processing. I was advised my CIC-New Delhi to apply in family class since my husband was a Canadian citizen. (Had to apply independently as my husband breached his sponsorship while he sponsored his parents few year ago and his parents had to take a social assistance during sponsorship period.)
I am confused if my husband had problem they would have advised me, instead they are asking my husband to sponsor. I have provided his passport no, social security number, employment and citizenship card. I wonder if they checked his pervious sponsorship.
Now my husband has sponsored me as his wife last week, i am not sure if this will work out , it is 2 years since we are married and we have lived to only one month......
Frustration and Frustration?.Can anyone guide on this, if I write letter embassy explaining my situation ?will they consider my case on humanitarian grounds?

I would suggest just wait for some time. its already been 2 years wait for another 2 months as if he is eligible to sponsor or not will be declared in a months time only.
u never know, may be they will let him sponsor u, i have heard they usually dont deny to spouses

One applies for p.r and gets it.
however in application states that spouse and child will not be accompanying.
Spouse and child have undergone medicals in initial stage.
Can the spouse and child be sponsored under family quoita at a later stage?

xx, the answer is yes, as they have been examined by CIC, completing medical.
