I am concern my parent´s safety back in my home country, theives and robbery are popular in the damn place I am from.They often rob kids and women, those freaking cows.
sigh, because too many rich and too many poor people in my country.
Is pepper spray legal in Canada? because I wanna buy several from Ebay in U.S and mail it to my parents.

Handguns and pepper spray are illegal in Canada. Why dont you take advantage of the fact that you are buying over E-bay and have it directly sent to your parents. Why pay two shipping fees? Unless you were planning to buy one for yourself. Being a law abiding Canadian though, I trust you would never think of bringing one into the country.
