What I want to know is that when I apply for immigration to Canada,will the Canadian Embassy inform my employers that I have applied for immigration to Canada.

I would like to know that... when will the officer usually contact the employers to verify the jobs? Before they send out the Initial Assement right?

Will a certificate from the employer satisfy the requirement of verification when it is submitted initially with the aplication for immigration.
