Visa Office (New Delhi) start processing - Sept 19, 2005
E-cas changes to Permanent Residence Application - In Process, Sept 26, 2005

U wish ur predictions come true TNIM.
U dont know about the Delhi embassy now. they are taking forever these days. I heard, i dont know how far its true that they have sppouse cases on hold until they meet the deadlines to clear the back log for the parents and grand parents. God knows whats actually going on there.
My husband is waiting to hear from them for last 7 weeks and Dhruv for last 5 weeks almost.]Good luck!!!
