Hi,
What is the process for applying for marriage registration. Should my fianc? there in-person when `applying for registration`(when submiting the form at register´s office). Currently, my fianc? is out of country and I wonder if I can apply on behalf of both of us ?

You can not marry some one and enjoy in place of your fiancee.
So just like that, both of you must be present at that time.
By the way how come you are saying Fianncee? are you married yet or about to get married?
