| Subject: Do I have to fill new form |

Hi,
I had applied for canadian immigration about 2 years back.
Then I got married.I informed the immigration authorities about that.. They said that i had to fill application for her also..
I am confused that while filling the new application,do i have to fill my details also..I think I have to fill my application again,having details of my wife also, pay her application fee.
Pls tell whether I am correct in my understanding.
Appreciate if any of you can help me.
