| Subject: Passport Req. from Buffalo and wait-time for Visa. |

Hello all members of the Forum,
I am currently waiting for my Passport Request from Buffalo and I am planning to send my passport by mail/post to Buffalo for stamping of the Visa once I do get the Passport request.
I was wondering if anyone can share estimates or experiences about:
"How much time it takes for the Buffalo office to return back passports with permanent visas, by mail, from the date of receipt of the passport in their office?" (3 to 5 weeks or more, or something like that?)
If this is of any relevance, I am in Canada already, and the case is being processed in Buffalo, as when I applied, I was in the US.
