I read the following at http://canadavisa.com/whatnew.htm. Is this true? Can anybody comment on this?
A class action lawsuit is being initiated by a well-respected lawyer based in Vancouver on behalf of skilled worker applicants who submitted applications between January 1, 2002 and June 28, 2002 and who have subsequently been refused. The basis of the legal action is that the Canadian Government acted in a commercially fraudulent manner with respect to the applicants affected. The lawyer is seeking damages of CAD$10,000 on behalf of those applicants who have been refused. Settlement negotiations are expected to take place between the Canadian Government and the lawyer involved. It may be possible that as part of any settlement agreement the Government will agree to re-open and re-assess those refusal applications against a pass mark of 67 points. We will keep you posted on this website.

last summer i applied for a visa to vist canada for summer holidays. and was denied entry can anyone tell me why. I am british born and brought up in the uk married with 4 children 2 under the age of 18 i was comeing with my 2 youngest kids can anyone explain me why? help cause i would like to try again.
