Dear Steve,

When is your interview? Are you prepared to answer your question to JOe05? Joe05, do you (or any readers in the forum) have any suggestion for this applicant?

Waiting to see your thoughts.

Thanks Joe05!

Reason I´m interested, I´m going to have my interview very soon. I do not know how my consultant has stipulated my noc# in the form. But from caips note, it is revealed that CIC is interested in my past work experience papers (one of which is complicated).

Well, thanks man!

Hi there again, technically the NOC # was not really discussed during my interview...but the position/job title that corresponds to it...I guess the bottom line is to really know the ins and outs of your job and your actual responsibility. The officer just wants to verify more or less if what you have written in your application form is actually what you really did. You have to take note though that prior to the interview date, the officer has read your application form and the supporting documents that you have submitted. So any deviation has to be justified.

Other than the job questions, expect minor questions about your application form: # of children; years married; how many times married; language ability; criminal records etc. Your answers should be the same with what you have indicated in your application form.

In defending my language ability (I did not take IELTS), I mentioned to the officer that in my country, about 90% of the subjects in school were taught in English and she could see that in the University Transcript of Records. I also mentioned that English is the business language in my country and therefore a must that you know the language. You can defend your language ability based on your actual experience, these are just my way, you may have a better way of defending it.

You´ll both do great....goodluck. =)
