I am trying to send my wife´s PR visa application to Missisaga.
Can I send it by DHL, Fedex, or something?
It makes differences?
Or if I send it by normal mail, what mail is the fastest and safe?

hey jhj,
Try canadapost´s Xpresspost. That is very cheap and as fast as the others. They have a receiver´s signature proof, tracking number too.
