Hi! I´m a student in Ottawa U. My common law partner is a canadian permanent resident. Will they reject my application if i´m a Hepatitis B carrier?

Only the CIC medical officer can decide if applicant is admissible or not.

Opps, It´s the medical officer who will prepare the summary of the physical condition while the visa officer is the who is tasked to render the final decision.
