thank you for answering my previous queries
hope to get a good resopnse for my questions again
have completed the application froms and got he documents ready to send for the canadian pr at buffalo .
I am on h1 in USA.
have got the bank statement from august will that suffice ? and also ahve the FBI clearence from may . does it expire ?

FBI clearance is valid only 3 months, yours is already expired. Bank statement must be recent, August is too old since you need to get another newer FBI document.

I thought the FBI clearance was good for six months--although I do not remember what gives me that impression.

FBI clearances are good for SIX months. It says so on the FBI website.
