DECISION MADE is a term that is used in Eclient status.
It means that all the background processes are over and a decision is made. Plain English--PPR approved.

"Decision Made" is a term used by Immigration Canada once they have completed the assessment of the facts of an application. In the case of a sponsored immigrant the decision made result is shown once CPC-Mississauga determines whether the Sponsor meets basic sponsorship requirements.
The international immigration office further access the sponsored person´s application to determine if they meet eligibly to be sponsor under the family class and issue a decision.
Seeing the phrase ?Decision Made? does not mean that the answer will be positive or negative is simply means that the immigration officer has completed their assessment and rendered a decision.
If ?Decision Made? meant the PPR was imminent CIC would not need an appeal process. Please be mindful of the interpretation that we offer to other users.

In my personal case , I got a Passport request and after a month or so and e-cas kept saying "In process",one day e-cas changed to "Decision Made" , I knew that the officer finilized my application.
I got my Passport with my visa and CORP a week later.
So don?t be worried , wait until you get the letter from CIC.

well, if you got IA before decision made, should be yes, otherwise, there is no possiblity

yes even in my case i have done my medicals in Feb 2005, given RPRF, now my status is Decision Made.
waiting for next instruction from CIC.
